VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING

An individual outdoor air conditioning unit based on the intellectual multi-split Daikin VRV system is provided for each apartment ensuring a comfortable indoor climate in accordance with individual preferences of the residents. The units are installed on the roof and equipped with anti-vibration supports. This solution ensures an easy access to the outdoor units for maintenance as well as lower energy costs.

Each apartment is equipped with an independent air supply system with an increased air exchange rate (three air changes per hour) and the possibility to connect an air humidifier.

Walk-in wardrobe rooms are equipped with separate exhaust ducts.

The kitchen area is provided with two exhaust ducts.

WATER SUPPLY

Drinking water quality is ensured by the four-stage cold water purification system and special food-safe stainless steel used for all pipelines and standpipes. A “Grundfos” automatic booster station maintains a stable pressure in the water supply system. An uninterrupted supply of clean hot water is guaranteed with an in-house heating unit. Hot water is prepared from purified cold water. In case of hot water outage, a centralized boiler system will supply hot water to the apartments. Standpipes and water metering units are placed in hidden niches on the staircase landings outside the apartments.

HEATING SYSTEM

The building is connected to the municipal heat supply network. Heating temperature is automatically controlled by an in-house heating unit depending on the outside air temperature. The heat exchangers used in the hot water supply and heating systems prevent penetration of the municipal hot water in the building systems. In addition to adjusting the temperature in the radiators, all residents can set a desired temperature in independent air conditioning unit. Curtain heaters are installed at the entrance to the building and the parking garage to ensure a constant comfortable temperature in the lobby and the parking not depending on weather conditions. Standpipes and water metering units are placed outside the apartments.

POWER SUPPLY

An increased power supply 19 to 40 kW depending on the area of the apartment will allow you to implement any interior and technical solutions. Electric power is more than sufficient for the installation of in-floor heating systems in the kitchen, corridors, halls and bathrooms.

Electric cabinets equipped with circuit breakers and protection tripping relays guarantee high reliability to prevent any fire or current leakage.

Elevators, fire and security alarm systems are equipped with uninterruptible power supply units.

Power metering units are placed in hidden niches on the staircase landings outside the apartments.
